We don't charge you for delivery of orders worth more than £50 delivered to a single address, or if we can personally deliver your bulbs to you. Here is how to request free delivery:
1. If the amount in the Purchase price box is £50 or more, then please select "Free Delivery" as the delivery method. We will check that the order totals £50 or more, and if so there will be no delivery charge.
2. If you have entered your Gardening Club or other organisation on the check-out page, even though your order may be for less than £50, the total order from club members may well be more than £50.
If you all agree to pick up your orders from one address, we will deliver to that address for free and refund your package and posting. So please select “Deliver to Club” if you would be prepared to do this. (We will talk to our contact at your club to make arrangements once total orders come to £50).
3. If you live within a couple of miles of Stroud or Wokingham, select "Local delivery", and we will let you know whether we will be able to personally deliver to the Delivery address you give us, in which case there will be no delivery charge.
- We accept payments through Paypal including all major credit cards and Maestro. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay using a credit card - there is no need to setup an account. Please click on the link that is available after the Paypal payment page has launched
- Please take note of the order number on the Paypal payment confirmation
- An order confirmation will be sent to you via email
- If you do not want the shopping basket to show after every bulb selection, please un-check the "Show basket when adding to basket" option
- If you check the "Remember my shopping cart" option, the shopping cart will be stored on your computer, so that when you next go on to our site, you can continue with your selection. A handy option if you run out of time/need to reflect on your selection.
