Acknowledgement of orders
We will send you an e-mail confirming each order you place with us
Dispatch dates pre-order
We will dispatch orders received by 15 July 2009 for Spring flowering bulbs during the first two weeks in September 2009. Orders received between 16 July 2009 and 31 August 2009 will be shipped before the end of September at the latest.
Ordering from stock
Any orders received after 1st September 2009 will be supplied from stock. If an item is out of stock, a warning will appear. Occasionally, due to on-line processing, we may not have enough stock to meet your order even if no warning was shown.
Delivery time for stock orders is typically less than 10 days.
Dispatch Charge –
Packaging and shipping costs are based on weight with a flat fee for large orders. Typical costs are as follows:
1-3 bags £3.00
4-6 bags £5.00
7-13 bags £8.00
14-20 bags £13:00
Total packaging and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Order over £50 are delivered free of charge.

Method of payment
We accept payments through Paypal including all major credit cards and Maestro. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay using a credit card. For payment by cheque, please contact us.
Substitutions
Occasionally we are unable to supply certain varieties. We think tulips are very much a personal choice, so we don't try and second guess a replacement - we will simply refund any difference between your order and what we send you.
Guarantee
SimplyTulips only supplies top quality bulbs. However, due to planting and growing conditions we cannot guarantee the results. We would very much like to hear from you if the results do not meet (or indeed exceed!) your expectations.
Privacy
We will not pass your details to anyone. However we may send you occasional promotional emails. If you do not wish this to happen, please let us know. Credit card details are handled by GlobeCharge and Paypal. SimplyTulips does not receive any credit card details.
Pricing/quantities
We have made every effort to ensure pricing, details and number of bulbs per bag are correct but we are afraid that we cannot accept responsibility in case of errors.
